Laboratory

We have a laboratory on-site at both offices staffed by Northside Pediatric lab technicians with extensive experience working with kids of all ages.

We are able to process many labs in-house for same day analysis, allowing your provider to make medical decisions on the same day as your visit. For specialized lab work, we can collect samples on-site and send them to the appropriate lab for processing. In addition to blood work, we do strep tests, flu tests, COVID-19 tests, and urine analysis in-house for same day results.


Lab work must be ordered by a Northside Pediatric provider and typically is ordered and collected during a provider visit. We do not do lab collections for other providers or specialists.


For lab work collected outside of provider visits, the laboratory hours are by appointment only:

 

  • Monday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Tuesday – Friday: 8:45 am – 4:00 pm.
  • Saturday: Limited Lab Work Availability Only (strep tests and urine samples)
