Dr. Sally J. Marcus, a board certified pediatrician, was in private practice in the Marietta area for ten years before joining Northside Pediatrics in 1996. She attended medical school at the University of  South Alabama College of Medicine, Duke University for Pediatric Internship and Emory University for Pediatric Residency. Dr. Marcus is active with Kids Health First, an organization of over 35 pediatric practices in the Atlanta area, serving on the Quality and Utilization Management Committee and Research Committee. She has been active in various committees at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Sandy Springs Christian Church as well as her children’s school and Girl Scouts. Now that her children are in college, she is pursuing learning to play piano, vacations at the beach and reading. Dr. Marcus's special interests include breast-feeding, early child development, preventive medicine and asthma.
