Saturday, by appointment only ($20 emergency charge applies)

 

Cancellation Policy

Well check appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice.

Sick appointments require a 4 hour cancellation notice.

**Cancellation notices given within less than the requested time will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

 

Special Arrangements for Sick Children

We have dedicated phone lines to handle same-day appointments for sick children. These special appointment lines are listed below with the hours they are open. At other times, use the main office numbers listed above to schedule appointments for sick children.

 

Sick children appointment lines:
Available weekdays 7:30am – 8:30am and 12noon – 1:30pm;

Saturdays 8:00am – Closing

Remember that there is an additional $20 emergeny charge for Saturday appointments, which your insurance provider may or may not cover. At times other than those listed above, call the main office numbers for appointments for sick children. Learn more about our After-Hours Care here.

 

 

Scheduling 360Care^TM Appointments

To schedule a standard well-child or teen-check 360Care^TM appointment, use the main office number for the location you prefer:

Both locations offer full 360Care^TM capabilities supported by our team of pediatric professionals.

 

When you call for your child’s appointment, let us know if you have a preference for a particular physician or nurse practitioner, and we will do all we can to accommodate your request. When you have special health concerns or needs to address such as ADHD or ADD, please ask for a consultation, and we will schedule extended time.

 

Questions?
Our licensed pediatric assistants and registered nurses are available during regular office hours to answer most of your questions. When necessary or on your request, questions can be referred to one of the physicians or to a nurse practitioner.
